And here we are in the summer…
As we're moving outside and among people for the first time in quite a while, our social graces might be more than a little rusty—as may our Boundary Practice. That again? When will that ever be set and done? In a word? Never. The sooner we realize this the faster we can tweak them to adapt
to any situation.
More than other seasons, the summer can bring with it all kinds of requests, needs and even demands. Yet do we have to acquiesce to them without considering them on a case by case basis? When we do that, we often find Our Selves upset and cross because we let the practice lapse.
So to support that practice and give us all a very flexible and adaptable way to meet a request, I'm offering up the phrase: "I Can't Help You With That" (2:46).
