Time for all of us to take a well deserved pause and gently move from this year to the next.
As you do so, I invite you to reframe resolutions to "Intentions" (2:40), to soften your practice around "Choices for Change" (1:35) and to consider a ritual or "Rituals" (2:21) to mark the turn from this year into the next one. "Three Candles" (2:20) is one of my go to choices—very adaptable for this practice.
Also, to celebrate the season, I've attached a little "stocking stuffer" at the very bottom of the page:

It’s a quick two page read that also includes links to 17 of my “straight, no chaser” videos. It works as a narrative—and—as a “menu” for the teachings I offer in it. The clips can stand alone and also build on one another. It’s a great way to support your ongoing practice and remind you of all the resources you already have. Trust me. It's worth the click.
