Let's switch to a little "light lifting" for this month, shall we?
Since this is the classic season for "reruns", I thought it'd be a good time to revisit some of the pieces from the SwaffWords© Archives.
So let's begin with rituals and how we might 'mark a moment' with them. No, not the kind of rituals with rules and steps and musts, but rather the kind that speak to you. After all, they're your rituals, aren't they?
"Rituals" (2:21)—What kind of rituals have you created to honor a person, a release, a tangled challenge, a bit of healing?
"Three Candles" (2:20)—I've found this to be a wonderful way to appreciate the passage of time—be it for a birthday or the turn of a new year.
"A Toast!" (1:45)—Let's move beyond one word or even a well worn phrase and see what it invites.
