How about we shift gears a bit…
Mercury has gone Retro which means communication and progress can be topsy turvy. And—we celebrate the Solstice this weekend. To mark this change of seasons, I thought I'd match the energy—something a bit more "lite" by streamlining SwaffWords© for the coming months.
This doesn't mean that the practice halts or falls by the wayside. It just means that we can dial it down a bit as we continue to move forward.
Despite the social strictures / structures that we're continuing to navigate, this can be a time of reflection, of taking an inventory of what's working in our lives and for Our Selves—and—what isn't.
It also gives us the chance to go within and be reminded that all we need for our practice is already within us. While we may work with those who have a certain expertise in one modality or another, we are ultimately our own experts, aren't we? "Within Your Self" (2:28) (YouTube Link or Facebook Link)
"Work In Process" (1:34)—Instead of a work in progress, let's reframe it to something more reflective of what it is.
