Hello—
And so the upheaval continues…
In the states, we're moving into Mother's Day weekend. While we're perhaps celebrating it differently than we ever have, the concept of mothering Our Selves remains a must—whether we're in routine times or not. Yes, it'd be lovely to have someone else do this for us, and yet—it's not always possible. So it comes back to us, and making sure we don't get lost in the shuffle of our daily lives.
No small feat these days, is it?
So let me offer two ways to meet this need and longing.
Recently, I've added a deeper level of practice when "I Wash My Hands". Since this is now a frequent part of our daily lives going forward, why not take the opportunity to release something, someone, or a situation that no longer serves you? (YouTube Link or Facebook Link)
And like so many of us, I've also been grappling with the basics of "What Is". One of the many pluses of staying present is that we don’t have to reel Our Selves in from a place that doesn’t exist—either yet or anymore. (YouTube Link or Facebook Link) It also builds on the reminder that this moment is what it is "Until It Isn't".
So what are you ready to wash your hands of ? And how are you with just being with what is?

As we continue to navigate these uncharted waters, consider my "Offering for You". It's a gift of a quick mini session with me to restore a bit of order amidst all this chaos.
In the meantime, I invite you to wash your hands—literally and figuratively—as you continue to be with what is.
Be gentle with Your Self.
Stay home. Stay safe. Save lives.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks much.
Until next time—
Cheers,
Steph
