Hello—
Let's just begin with a breath, shall we? A nice, easy breath with a relaxed, lengthened sigh. Go ahead and take a moment or two or three to reset Your Self, at your own pace in your own time.
In the midst of everything that's going on, taking a mindful breath remains the best way to come back, settle into the here and now and navigate the challenge(s) at hand…
This week, a stunning number of us have been told to "stay home". It's quite a turnaround from where we were just a short while ago. What is that like for you? Is this something that comes naturally or does it conjure up feelings of isolation and sorrow?
To speak to this, I thought it'd be timely to parse the difference between "Alone vs. Lonely" (2:47). And while we're at it, let's dive more deeply into the accepted, charged notion of "being alone". (YouTube Link or Facebook Link).
Breathe…
So often during times like these, we’re pressed into a steep learning curve—one that can seem almost insurmountable. And yet—once we’ve moved through this kind of teaching by "Gaining Wisdom" (2:13), we can be reminded of our resilience and our ability to transcend a situation and heal. (YouTube Link or Facebook Link).
Breathe again…
How are you being with Your Self? Is it (yet another) challenge in these times? And what are you carrying forward from all the wisdom you've gained?

—Or we can chat—reach out to me directly through my site or via email.
Until then, may you settle into spending time your own, as you draw on your deep well of wisdom for comfort.
Continue to be gentle with Your Self. Be mindful of our tendency to Panic or be tossed about by Chaos.
Stay home. Save lives.
Thanks much.
Until next time—
Cheers,
Steph
