Hello—
Before I even begin, just take a moment for a mindful breath, or two, or three…Allow Your Self to come back to the here and now as you settle into this moment.
This moment is all there is—and it's already gone…
Moving on.
This week, I thought I'd share a bit of my thinking about this viral crisis—one that 's both literal and figurative at the same time. While many are tailoring newsletters, videos and approaches to weathering this upheaval, I'm doubling down on the ongoing practice itself.
Though we've never been through anything like this in our lives, the resources we need to access to weather this are exactly the same ones that we need to move through our daily lives. Separating the pieces of the practice into what's needed for chaos and what's needed for calm makes for unnecessary and in the long run, unsettling work.
The course to navigate both situations is the same as it ever was:
—To truly listen
—Trust our innate abilities
—Remember what we already know.
It's a good time to remember that"Life Flows On" (2:44)—whether we choose to engage with it or not. (YouTube Link or Facebook Link).
And it's also an excellent time to take the simple act of walking—whether it's in nature, an urban setting, or just back and forth in a hallway of your home—and deepen it into a practice of release, change and even healing."Solved by Walking" (2:28) (YouTube Link or Facebook Link).
Can you be with and in the flow of life?—even in times like these? And how are you solving challenges that are arising in your day?
Please comment and share any thoughts, questions, or suggestions you may have.

Also, keep in mind my "Offering for You" of a quick mini session—a gift to soften some of the rough edges you might be experiencing these days.
In the meantime, may you be carried along in the flow of life and find solutions by just putting one foot in front of the other.
Remember to be gentle with Your Self.
Stay home. Save lives.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks much.
Until next time—
