How much has changed in just one week—and yet, that remains the only constant, doesn't it?
Let's get right to the crux of it—the fear factor. Some time ago, I asked the question "How do You Fear?". It's worth another look to reconsider your relationship to fear (vs. fearful thoughts—and yes, there is a difference).
Then on the heels of that, is the reminder of what we tend to do when we feel "Afraid" (2:35). It's no small feat to quell this and not act on it—and yet that is indeed the task at hand during times like these. (YouTube

So how might we move through this current chaos?
—By remembering that the "Now Normal" is just that—"just for now, not forever".
—And by drawing on the centering, healing power of a mindful "Exhale".
