Hello—
Welcome to Friday the 13th—considered an unlucky day by many.
Why? Some feel it has to do with Judas being the thirteenth guest at the Last Supper and in ancient Greece and Britain, Friday was known as the "hangman's day" because it was the usual day for executions. The fraught energy is pretty potent.
Now let's add to this notion the events of this past week: uncertainty of the global markets, upheaval in world politics and the ongoing spread of the coronavirus—all situations that could fan the flames of worry and how we respond to it.
To navigate times like these, let's explore the original meaning of the word "worry" while we consider our responsibility / "response ability" in a given moment.
