Hello—
Here's to the ROAR of March and the upcoming days of shifts and transitions.
This Sunday, we move the clocks forward an hour to mark the beginning of Daylight Savings Time. Besides the longer days, I've found over the past few years that if we're having sleep disturbances, they tend to right themselves once we change our "timing".
Also, thankfully, Mercury goes direct on Monday. If you've been having communication "spit ups" over the past few weeks, they'll subside. Connecting—either literally or metaphorically—will settle back down and become easier.
As we navigate these changes, it's a good time to take a moment and consider our part in not only creating what we want but also how we can change our tendency to fall into well worn patterns.
"Scotched" (1:59)—To “scotch” something is to decisively put an end to it. How does “scotching” appear in your life? and just who does the scotching when it does? (YouTube Link or Facebook Link).
"Really About? (2:46)—Here’s a powerful question that resets the moment, gets to the heart of the situation, and allows us to get out of a repetitive pattern that tends to stall our process and healing. (YouTube Link or Facebook Link).
How do you support possibilities? Can you reframe an old pattern in the moment? Feel free to share your thoughts with us by commenting on one or both videos.
And once you've screened these replays, check out a few of my other SwaffWords© videos on the art of Listening with your Bodymind—
"Always—your wisdom lifts my heart."
All SwaffWords© (often called "mini sessions") are either on my YouTube Channel or in my Facebook Video Library. Wander through the playlists. When a topic speaks to you, just click on the video. Then watch, learn, and take the teachings back into your life.
Do you have friends or colleagues who need to receive these weekly SwaffWords© directly to their inbox? If so, either forward them this email
or this link.
Curious to know a bit more about my style and how I offer this work? We can connect in several ways:
Join my Facebook community of like-minded people for daily posts, prompts and reminders for your ongoing practice.
Rapid Bodymind Clarity reflects what is often called my "straight, no chaser" approach and the immediate impact it can have on your life.
Or let's start a conversation—either through my site or via email.
In the meantime, here's to recognizing scotched possibilities while being able to zero in on what's really happening in a moment.
May we all mine our riches so that we may live our blessings.
Here's to your heart's ease…❤️
Thanks much.
Until next time—
Cheers,
Steph
