Hello—
…and so we come to the end of February.
This year, we get an extra day known as leap day, which was originally established as a corrective measure so our calendar syncs more closely with the seasons.
Through the ages, it has been seen as both an omen and sign of great good luck. So what if we don't take either extreme position and just allow Our Selves to appreciate this added 24 hours to our lives.
This is a good time to "practice your practice" and to act on what speaks to you:
Do you honor or even celebrate this leap day? Is it a chance to reset your own personal rhythm? shut down and chill out? finish a project that's been lingering? spend a little more time with those who matter to you? is a ritual called for? It's up to you—"dealer's choice".
And while you're pondering this, let's enjoy a bit of wordplay.
"Enough" (2:31)—Here’s a little riffing on the various concepts of the word enough—as a reframe, a buzz phrase and even a mantra. (YouTube Link or Facebook Link).
"Indeed" (1:51)—Let’s dive into the word indeed and see how it reflects what it can take to move through a challenge. (YouTube Link or Facebook Link).
How do you experience the notion of enough? Is it indeed reflected in how you move through your day ? Share your thoughts with us by commenting on one or both videos.

Thanks much.
Until next time—
