Hello—
And so we come to the end of the first month of the year.
Did you feel as though there were moments that just flew past you and overwhelmed you with their speed and force? Were you stalled or frozen in those moments—not sure of what your next step might be? And what was the result when you did take that step forward? A smooth path or a swath of wreckage?
Being able to slow down the moments of our practice, take a look around and assess any fallout that's occurred—or hasn't—allows us to support our process, even when it seems to be progressing at a snail's pace.
So let's honor that pace and take the time it takes to assess the energy around us, while we give attention to what might have occurred as we were racing along.
