Hello—
And so it begins…
If you're in the States, by the time you read this, you will have navigated step one of the holiday crush. I hope your Thanksgiving was lovely, peaceful and full of joy for you.
If not, pace Your Self accordingly. It's just the first stepping stone of what's coming fast on its heels: Black Friday, Small Biz Saturday, Cyber Monday and Giving Tuesday. Got that? Just the list itself has a rushed, frantic energy to it, doesn't it? And once we let it run away with us, it can be quite a challenge to reset.
Time to revisit a simple practice that will help you through what I call the "Holy Daze".
And while you're regrouping with a mindful breath or two, consider the power of letting a moment resolve itself and the unsettling outcome that can surface when we're not true to Our Selves.
"Arrange Itself" (2:17)—(This builds on "Chaos Into Order".) Sometimes the path to resolution is more direct when we trust the innate ability of a moment to resolve itself—without any help from us.(YouTube Link or Facebook Link)
"Buried" (2:29) Here's timely food for thought. Consider the impact and fallout there is when we bury our feelings in a given situation.

Take a moment and share with us how you navigate these challenges.
One of the best ways to get to know me and my approach is to check out some of my other videos on the art of Listening with your Bodymind. You can find all of my SwaffWords© on either my YouTube Channel or in
my Facebook Video Library. They're a great way to have a "mini session" with me—all in about 3 minutes or less. Just scroll through the playlists and click on a topic that speaks to you. Then watch, learn, and practice.
If you know someone who'd appreciate receiving these weekly SwaffWords© directly to their inbox, they can subscribe here.
Maybe you're interested in connecting with me in other ways. Consider these options:
My Facebook community.
offers daily posts, prompts and reminders to support your ongoing practice.
Rapid Bodymind Clarity will give you a sense of my "straight, no chaser" approach and the profound and immediate impact it can have on your life.
Or—let's chat. You can connect with me directly through my site or via email.
In the meantime, here's to allowing a moment to arrange itself without burying what matters to you.
May we all live our blessings.
Thanks much.
Until next time—
Cheers,
Steph
