Hello—
And here we are coming up on the last weekend of the year. I hope you're moving through this holiday season with as much grace and ease as possible.
If not, or you'd like a tweak here and there, this week's videos offer just that—a different way to approach life and a practice that you can make all your own.
"Lightly" (2:19)—Here's a mantra that puts our day to day fusses into perspective and reminds us that we don't need to let our upsets rule us. Do we? (YouTube Link or Facebook Link). (This dovetails nicely with two previous videos: "Water / Duck" and "Nobody Died").
"Rituals" (2:21)—As the year is turning and we’re moving into a new decade, I thought I’d offer up a reframe of the practice of rituals. They can be whatever we want them to be, because they’re ours, aren’t they?
(YouTube Link or Facebook Link).
What's your take on these? Leave a comment and share your insights with us.
And once you've watched the replays, check out some of my other SwaffWords© on the art of Listening with your Bodymind. All videos are either on my YouTube Channel or in my Facebook Video Library. They offer quick "mini sessions"—all in about 3 minutes or less. Just click on a topic that speaks to you, then watch, learn, and practice.
Is there someone you know who'd appreciate receiving these weekly SwaffWords© directly to their inbox? If so, they can subscribe here.

In the meantime, may you move into this new year lightly—with much promise and good cheer—while you create the rituals that support your intentions and truly matter to you.
Here's to 2020 and all its possibilities!
May we live our blessings and mine our riches.
Thanks much.
Until next time—
Cheers,
Steph
