And here we are—Friday the 13th. Let's be curious and appreciate the "unseen" possibilities that the date implies as we continue to move through these last few weeks of the year.
How is the season treating you? As we navigate the "gotta get" / "gotta have" energy it's a good time to reconsider the energy of the "giving season" and how we might create a daily habit of it.
In the meantime, here are two practices that we can definitely bring into the new year with us.
