And so we come to the last full weekend of September…
For some of us, this marks the beginning a new year—a time for reflection while also inviting new possibilities into our lives.
Allow Your Self to celebrate the lessons you've learned and to consider what teachings you still need for your deeper healing.
To celebrate this turn of years, I offered an elegant and unique toast and considered another way of defining integration.
