Hello—
…and welcome to November.
This is a powerful few days with lots of interesting juju. Yesterday was not only Halloween, but it also began the celebrations for Days of the Dead, along with All Saints and All Souls Day.
Aside from great costumes and the inevitable sugar rush, honoring those who've left, their legacies and their wisdom makes for quite heady times. It offers a chance for us to reflect and consider the thin veil that surrounds our mortality and the need for staying present in the moment.
And then on top of this, Mercury went Retro until the 20th of the month. Stand by for tangled communications, crossed wires, and technical spit ups. Lots going on.
So in light of this, this week's SwaffWords© deal with our own comfort levels and how we truly listen—both of which will come in handy during the coming weeks.
"Comfort Level " (1:54)—Are you truly comfortable in your own skin?—able to navigate moments in your life from a place of ease? If not, it's worth resetting Your Self so that you can. (YouTube Link or Facebook Link)
Take a moment and comment on either or both videos to share your thoughts with us.
