Hello—
And here we are, about to move into the darker / darkest days of the year in the Northern Hemisphere.
While it may seem that things slowly shut down as the days get shorter, it's a rich time to go within and take stock of all you've accomplished so far this year. It's also the right time to reset, recalibrate, and tweak what still needs attention.
To support this coming change, this week I took a look at a broader meaning of being in debt and shared a practice that not only allows for but also invites new possibilities.
"Carrying Debt" (2:29)—Let's go beyond the concept of carrying monetary debt and consider other forms of debt that might be weighing us down, troubling us, or even stopping us in our tracks. (YouTube Link

"Release to Receive" (2:20)—This dives a little more deeply into something I touched on in a previous video, ("Rocking Change"). It's a simple yet elegant practice to keep the momentum and flow of possibilities coming our way.
