This week, I considered a practice that has changed dramatically from its original meaning and I dived deeper into the concept of over-giving.
"Scapegoating" (2:46)—While scapegoating began as a cleansing / releasing ritual, it has become something quite different over time. The energy around the current practice is far from what it was meant to be. (YouTube Link or Facebook Link)
"Spoon Feeding" (2:20)—This is a lovely practice when we're dealing with toddlers who don't yet know how to nourish themselves. However, when we're spoon feeding adults, we can run into all kinds of tangled moments and dynamics. (YouTube Link or Facebook Link)
