So we've made it through The Fourth and can now settle into the rhythm of summer, can't we? Building on last week's SwaffWords©, what exactly is this rhythm for you and yours? Is it easy going and rich with great experiences? or is it fraught with obligations and hassles rushing from here to there? How can you carve out the time you really want and need—before we rush into the autumn months? Don't
laugh—September is just about nine weeks away, which reminds us all that time is so very precious...
How can we be with this rhythm of time in a way that supports us? This week, I offered two different practices for navigating extremes and the process of change.
"Jonesing" (3:04)—This is a slang term for addictive behavior and how we can seesaw between extremes. What is your relationship to "jonesing"? And what are you feeding—or not—when you "jones"? (YouTube Link or Facebook Link)
"Rocking Change" (3:00)—Do you know your patterns of change?—the habits? the traits? of how you release what once was, to make room for what is becoming? When we know our "tells", we can see exactly where we are in the process. (YouTube Link or Facebook Link)
