Hello—
and welcome to the last full weekend of July. Here in the US, are you noticing that the days are just a bit shorter? the mornings darker? and the breezes have whispers of cooler air? As this coming and inevitable change begins, it can be a great time to reassess and reset for the last few months of the year. Adding a new practice or two and /or releasing ones that no longer serve us can be just what's needed to move
into the fall.

"Exhale...." (2:40)—When we opt to lengthen our exhales, it can soften the edges of a challenging moment, temper a charged situation and quell tensions. .

"Stop Practicing" (2:20)—Aren't there some things we already do so very well that we don't need to "practice" them anymore? (YouTube Link
