On the eve of this sacred weekend, it's a good time to go within and reflect on what really matters to us, how me might connect more fully with others and stand more truly for and in Our Selves. However you choose to do so makes it your ritual—one no else's. There are no rules when it comes to your Sacred Self, are there?
For this week's videos, I chose to consider the aspects of our ongoing practices and reconsider a quote often attributed to Pooh Bear.
