Hello—
…and welcome to the month of June! The beginning of summer is just two weeks away and I've always felt the irony of that turn of seasons. Just when we're ready to dive into all that summer has to offer, the days begin to get shorter. It seems counterintuitive or at least counterproductive, doesn't it? And—it's a reminder that time is not linear and has no intention of following our preset notions.
For this week's recap, I parsed the difference between healing and cure and I weighed in on the power of walking away from a moment.
"Healing vs. Cure" (2:34)—There is a difference between the two energies and when we confuse them, it can lead to frustration and misunderstanding of where we are in our process. (YouTube Link or Facebook Link)
