Hello—
Is it really April? We're still being thrashed about by Mother Nature, aren't we? Snowfall, rain, wind and the wild swings betweens temperatures. This is Spring? So it would seem… And this is the last weekend before "Tax Day". May we move through that with as little grief as possible.
In this week's videos, I took a look at the role we play in our own process and the importance of saying what we truly mean.
As a reminder, all SwaffWords© videos ( and there are now almost 150 to choose from ) are posted on both my YouTube Channel and in my Facebook Video Library. Scroll through either site and when a topic speaks to you, click on the video and get a quick mini session from me.
May we all listen more closely with our Bodyminds:
"You" (3:08)—What is the one common thread in all of our challenges, upsets and disappointments? Yes, it does indeed come down to our role in each of these moments. (YouTube Link or Facebook Link)
"Say What You Mean" (2:32)—How often do we edit, finesse, or short circuit what we truly want to say in the moment?—and then have to deal with the fallout from that choice? (YouTube Link or Facebook Link)
Please share your insights with us and comment on either or both videos. I'd love to hear your take.
Do you have friends or colleagues who'd appreciate receiving these weekly SwaffWords©? If so, please forward this link or this email so they can subscribe.
And please make sure you're part of my Bodymind Listening community on Facebook, where you'll find timely "straight, no chaser" reminders and prompts for your ongoing practice.
Thanks much.
Until next time—
Cheers,
Steph
