Welcome to the New Year—let's ease into it, shall we?
Instead of hitting the ground running with all kinds of hard and fast "rules", let's wade into this year's practice(s) as if we were at the shore, and slowly getting used to the water lapping against our feet.
In service of that notion, this week's recap reframes the yearly habit of resolutions and considers a different take on meditation. (Along with all my other videos, these two can also be found on my YouTube Channel and in my Facebook Video Library ).
