November is done. Poof! How can that possibly be? And yet—here we are. I hope your Thanksgiving was lovely, low key and full of good cheer.
As we close out the month, I've chosen to take a look at two vital practices that we can draw on year round in any situation: getting back to basics and the art of truly listening. As with all my videos, these can also be found on my YouTube Channel and in my Facebook Video Library
