And so we being the mad rush to the end of the year. It's what I sometimes call the "Holy Daze"…
In this week's video clips, (both can also be found on my YouTube Channel and in my Facebook Video Library ) I took a look at basics we call all too easily forget during this time of year and also how we might breathe differently when exercising.
