Here's to April showers -- and even
snow for some of us. Seems that winter has chosen to hang on for a bit longer. Another reminder that regardless of our agendas, most things in life are out of our hands and certainly nothing we can control.
That "lack of control" can often stir feelings of fear in us. In this month's
SwaffWords© Blog post, I'm taking a look at the difference between fearful thoughts and true fear. Being able to distinguish between the two can make a situation much easier to navigate.
