And now for something completely different—a new month with new possibilities.
What I've decided to do for the next little while is offer a weekly recap of the two most recent Swaffwords© videos. That way, you'll have them at hand once a week to screen or review at your leisure.
Under each video, you'll find you can follow up on my invitation to comment, question and share your response to what I've covered. In keeping with my "straight,
no chaser" approach, the videos run an average of three minutes or less—quick pops you can immediately use to support your practice of listening with your Bodymind.
Their titles and brief descriptions will give you a sense of that day's teaching to pique your curiosity
and apply to your process:
Dis /Regard—explores your experience of being regarded or disregarded and how
that impacts you in a given situation.
Mothering—reframes the concept and considers other ways we might cultivate the experience of being mothered.
