"How Do You Listen?"
Welcome. Here we are, coming up on the Ides of March and in the last gasps of winter in this part of the world. As we're beginning to move more and more into the light and warmth of spring, it's a good time to reset the crux of the practice:
to truly listen, trust your innate abilities and remember what you already know.
However, before we can truly listen to what we need to know, we need to understand how that info comes to us. We need to recognize the moment before the listening
begins. It's the "psst", "heads up", "pay attention" road sign that primes us for the next steps ahead.
For instance, some people have a particular sensation that clues them in; some have a word or phrase; others may see a color or aura; still others
may have a kind of vision that indicates a shift is happening.
In my case, the best way I can describe it is to say that I feel I've been "downloaded" into. A second ago, the info wasn't there. A second later, it is. It's a physical sensation not
unlike the missing piece of a puzzle being dropped into place. Invariably, when it happens, I say to myself "and there it is".
What lets you know that the info you're receiving in a given moment is accurate? "How Do You Listen?
