And so we're almost through (and through with?) February.
Regardless of what kind of month it's been for you, it marks an ending, and using that as a framework, I thought it might be time to consider how we make choices to achieve our goals and what we want in our lives.
We know that
"Motivation" is what spurs us to begin an exchange, respond in a situation and generally support our process. It can be "clean" or sticky, depending upon what we're bringing to the moment.
As we move through that moment—or series of them—it's a helpful practice to consider what we're hoping to accomplish. What is the result we're aiming for? the endgame that we feel will serve us best? our desired outcome?
Granted, while there's only so much "power" that we have in a given situation, it's worthwhile to ask Your Self "Are your current choices in alignment with what you want to create?" If so, then continue along the current path. If not, then make adjustments along the way to correct the course you're charting.
