Welcome to August…
While this can often feel like a time of lethargy or inactivity, it can also give us a moment or two to reflect, reconsider and reset our intentions for the coming autumn.
So instead of
getting caught in that stagnant energy, I'll just get right to it. There's a question that's been surfacing in both my professional and personal practices lately, and while it may seem like a bit of magical thinking, it can also create a strong framework of possibilities.
It also cuts right though a lot of Chattermind while creating focus and clarity for what we really want in our lives. The question is:
"What do you want to do?"
Don't be too quick to dismiss this as a "pie in the sky" moment—or—something that we couldn't possibly attain. When we answer this question truthfully for Our Selves, it can create a broad, supportive outline for the steps we need to take in order to get what we really want.
All too often, we tend to dismiss out of hand what truly matters to us, what we'd really like to choose for Our Selves in a given moment or situation—what our dreams and hopes are.
Now I'm not implying at all that the mere asking of this question magically makes our wants realities. What I am offering up is that this practice allows our process to unfold as we explore options and possibilities going forward.
So I'll ask again, "What Do You Want To Do?" (2:53)?
